Very clean, friendly, helpful, articulate, understood our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations. After purchasing a preowned vehicle with rims we didn't care for, we went to Hubcap Heaven to check out what's available and pricing, with no intentions of purchasing, just gathering information. From the moment we walked in we were very comfortable with Scott G. - his greeting, providing us with the information we were looking for and more. We observed the other personnel, the customers, looked at the product and much to our surprise we purchased on the spot (we normally do not do that). Customers kept coming in, they seemed to be regulars and everyone was happy with them, not one negative word was spoken. Much to our surprised we learned of other services available and we would not even hesitate to go there for servicing any of our needs they provide. "They came through in a pinch. Had a blown tire early Saturday...did some rim damage and no one in my area was available Saturday. Many places won't replace a tire until rim is fixed. This place was recommended by a AAA employee and they are awesome. They fixed the rim saving me several hundred dollars and got me a replacement tire reasonably priced. Also they have a great comaradie amongst their employees..place was clean..organized and they were all friendly and welcoming. Would definitely use them again."
