He changed the sensor and showed me that it was reading on his machine, but the Tesla had not yet picked up the signal. He told me if it doesn't pick up the signal after driving it a while, bring it back. After a couple of days, the car was still not picking up the sensor, so I brought it back. Doug worked on it for some time, and exhausted every method he knew of to repair it, to no avail. I was okay with accepting defeat.
