"This tire shop is THE BEST. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced, and the manager was exceptional. I went there because I lost the rim lock key and didn't have the tools or the knowledgeable to rip them off and I needed a new tire. I didn't catch the managers name, but he was a complete professional. He got the locks off without damaging my rims. He had aftermarket locks to replace them, but said the ones he had weren't aesthetically pleasing. Not only did he say that, he told me the exact size and where to get them. Also, I wanted a used tire but they didn't have one. This gentleman told me where to get a tire from another shop. After that I refused and said I'll order a tire from you and come back Monday because I will never go anywhere else after this experience. Never upsold me, was a complete straight shooter, did the job RIGHT. I couldn't be happier with this experience and if you need tire service of any kind, I strongly suggest Hubcap Heaven."
