"I needed a rim for my car (Mercedes Benz) I called few places, few didn't have it and the other places were very expensive. Someone recommended me Hubcap Heaven, I called and I talked to Doug, he told me that he has one. When I got to the shop he told me that the rim was not new but he will make look brand new. When he finished installing the rim I was very happy, and very impress. I had amazing experience, the customer service was outstanding and the rim was exactly what I was looking for it . The team was efficient and exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend them."
"I was referred to HCH for wheel refinishing services after a tech at another tire company damaged my wheel while mounting a tire. I was originally told it would take 3 days to get a tire to them, have it fixed, and have it shipped back. So I went down there and spoke to Doug who said if I drop off the wheel, they can have it done in about a day.
On the morning of 7/16/24, I drove to HCH, and Eddie immediately swapped out my damaged wheel with the spare and said it should be ready mid-morning tomorrow. I drove home to wait.
Fast forward to 10:30am today, 4/17/24. I called, they said it's ready. I was down there in 30 mins and Eddie swapped the spare and the newly refinished wheel, and even winched the spare back up under my pickup bed for me. As an older man with a bad back, I couldn't appreciate that enough.
Looking at the front and rear wheels, it is impossible to tell the rear one has been refinished. It actually looks better than new. Exceptional work!
Everyone at HCH was very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I never waited more than 10 sec without someone asking if I was being helped, and many of the people there knew why I was there, so I didn't have to tell my story over and over again! It's amazing how sharing information improves customer satisfaction!!!
I only have one tiny issue: They forgot to put the valve stem cap back on after adjusting the tire pressure. Not a big deal, I have spares, but...something to watch for if you go there.
